U.S. export prices increased 18.2% from June 2021 to June 2022, compared with a 16.9% increase for the year ended June 2021. From 2012 to 2020, over-the-year changes from June to June ranged from −5.8% (in 2015) to 5.3% (2018).
Prices of agricultural exports increased 14.8% over the year ended June 2022, after increasing 33.4% over the year ended June 2021.
Nonagricultural export prices rose 18.7% for the year ended June 2022 and 15.1% over the previous year.
Over the year ended June 2020, prices of agricultural and nonagricultural exports both decreased 4.5%.
