Child 10 or Under: There is no charge registrants’ children 10 years of age or under but they require a badge for security purposes (and so that we can plan menus accordingly). If your child(ren) is traveling to the Convention with you, we encourage you to register him or her. Credentialed Trade Media: Editorial staff with media credentials contact NTDA to register. Sales representatives from trade media must register as Individual Allied Registrants. Optional activities and golf tournament are NOT included and require an additional fee to participate.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The NTDA has the right to correct your registration submission(s) for accuracy. If you select the incorrect Registration Type or provide other incorrect information, the NTDA will notify you and invoice you accordingly!
For safety and security, badges are required by the NTDA to attend any Convention function.

MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES
DEALER — Independent licensed dealers engaged in the business of buying and selling semi-trailers, or a representative appointed by such a dealer. Companies engaged principally in the business of purchasing semi-trailers, semi-trailer equipment, or component parts of such semi-trailers or equipment from manufacturers for resale to users and other dealers.
DEALER BRANCH(ES) — A branch office/location of an NTDA Dealer Member. Included with Dealer Membership. (Note: headquarters office must maintain active membership status.)
ALLIED — Companies engaged primarily in the manufacture of semi-trailers and/or semi-trailer parts and accessories. This category also includes other companies that are not dealers or manufacturers but are affiliated with the semi-trailer industry and support the objectives of the Association.
NON-MEMBER — A company that is either not in good standing with the NTDA or that has not joined the Association/paid dues.
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY
By registering for this event, you consent that photos and videos of you at the event may be published or posted in future marketing materials, in online photo albums, or on photo/video sharing sites (social media) at the sole discretion of the NTDA.
EVENT CANCELLATION, ATTENDEE HOLD HARMLESS & INDEMNIFICATION
The National Trailer Dealers Association (NTDA) continues to monitor COVID-19 and will disseminate any public health-related information as it relates to the Convention and your safety. If the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort deems the NTDA Convention may not be held in 2023 due to events out of their control, your Convention registration fee will be refunded by the Association. The NTDA is not responsible for refunding of hotel, travel-related expenses, or rebooking fees. Each sponsor, exhibitor, participant, hired service provider, volunteer, Board member or staff member should realize that there are inherent risks, hazards, and dangers involved including transport of equipment, travel to/from the event, and,of course, participation in the event itself. Sponsorship and exhibits are separate from Convention registration. Please refer to your Sponsorship and/or Exhibitor Contract for details and obligations. Attendee expressly agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NTDA, its directors, officers, members, employees, independent contractors, and affiliates from and against all claims, actions, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and/or judgments, including litigation costs and attorney’s fees, which arise or result from attendee’s involvement with, and/or participation in, the 33rd Annual NTDA Convention, including but not limited to those arising from, or related to, the COVID-19 pandemic. All attendees voluntarily participate in this activity. If attendee should need medical treatment because of participation in NTDA Convention/Exhibition, travel to and from the NTDA Convention/Exhibition (including air and ground travel), or any events incidental to this Convention/Exhibition, including but not limited to treatment arising from, or related to, the COVID-19 pandemic, attendee agrees to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment. Attendee is aware that the NTDA does not provide health insurance for Sponsors, Exhibitor personnel, Convention attendees, its Board of Directors, or any third-party service providers, and that all Convention participants should carry their own health insurance. By registering for this event, each registrant agrees that if the Convention is canceled, the NTDA may retain a $50 per registrant cancellation processing fee to cover resulting administrative and accounting costs.
PAYMENT – NO PAYMENT = NO BADGE = NO ADMISSION
All registrations must be prepaid no later than Sept. 3, 2023. Credit card payment is preferred for registrations. All payments are due within 30 days of invoice. A late fee equal to 1% of the total invoice will be accessed for payments not remitted within 30 days, or by Sept. 3, 2023, whichever is sooner. Ten percent (10%) of the total invoice will be accessed on all unpaid balances after 90 days. There will be a $35 charge for returned checks.
DRESS CODE
The NTDA Convention dress code is business/resort casual. Slacks or knee-length shorts, polo shirts, button down shirts, and nice shoes are appropriate for men. No ties or sports coats are required for meetings/events. Pants/slacks, Capri pants, skirts, and dresses are appropriate for ladies. Wear comfortable shoes. Welcome reception will be indoor/outdoor.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Substitutions allowable. Convention registration cancellations, including golf and/or optional activities/tours, must be received in writing by July 14, 2023 to qualify for a 100% refund. Convention registration cancellations, including golf and/or optional activities/tours, received in writing between July 15, 2023 and Sept. 4, 2023 qualify for a 50% refund. Convention registration cancellations, including golf and/or optional activities/tours, received Sept. 5, 2023 and after are NOT eligible for a refund. Please note that your bank may take 3–7 business days to process a credit card refund once issued by the NTDA. Check refunds will be returned within 30 days.
